Dr. Peter Kreutter is Director of the Foundation of the WHU School of Management in Vallendar and Managing Director of the “WHU Center for Non-Profit Management and Digital Social Impact” at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Düsseldorf. He is also an honorary member of the board of trustees of various non-profit foundations. Dr. Kreutter is a lecturer at the DSA-Deutsche StiftungsAkademie.

Jürgen Weigand is Chair Professor of Microeconomics and Industrial Organization at the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, Germany. Professor Weigand earned masters, doctoral and post-doctoral degrees in Economics from the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg. Before joining the WHU in 2000, he held post-doctoral scholar positions at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, Georgia State University, Atlanta, and at the Institute for Development Strategies in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University, Bloomington. Professor Weigand also worked as a fulltime senior advisor for the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, the Dutch government’s economic think tank in The Hague.

He also is a Visiting Professor at the LUISS Business School in Rome. His current research focuses on collaboration for innovation. In particular, he studies how alliance activities influence firms´ innovation and financial performance and how firms can effectively manage different types of open innovation strategies. His research has been published in top journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal and Journal of Management and has received several awards at international conferences.

Miriam Müthel (BSc in Business Informatics, MSc in Business Administration, PhD in Management) holds the Chair for Organizational Behavior at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Furthermore, she has been a Visiting Scholar at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at the Harvard University in 2016/2017. From 2014 – 2016, she has also been a Network Fellow at the Safra Center for Ethics at the Harvard University. Professor Muethel’s research interests lie at the intersection of business ethics, leadership and international management. She has written about corporate failure and trust restoration, revealing the different tactics that firms apply in reaction to corporate failure.

He also advises on all other aspects of technology and licensing law, and has many years of experience in drafting and negotiating all types of IT contracts, including contracts for licensing, software development, maintenance, distribution, and projects, as well as IT-related general terms and conditions of business. Ulrich is also a co-head of Osborne Clarke’s India group.

Ulrich’s clients include international technology companies and diverse industrial companies (with a focus on mechanical engineering). He also provides legal guidance to many German companies in relation to their involvement in India and is a legal representative of the German Mechanical and Plant Engineering Federation (VDMA).
